The Welfare State attracts migrants but it is not the cause of migration. On the contrary, the cause of migration is the political will of the exploiters of the West to open the borders to increase the competition amongst workers that fuels capitalist slavery. The Welfare State is the honey trap used to entice the workers of the world to migrate against each other, a blatant use of Socialism to destroy Socialism...!!!
