There seems to be a confusion between democracy and fraud. America does not seem more or less divided than any other country. Especially as the divisions in other countries are, to a great extend, a reflection of the adoption of American models of immigrationism, wokeism and all the paraphernalia necessary to protect and promote globalisation.

The fraud in the last American elections (and people should bear in mind that all bourgeois elections, like capitalist free market, are fraudulent as there are a contest between unequal parties), was so evident and brutal, that many decided to protest and take the Capitol as a symbol of the ideals of democratic government. Since clean and fair elections have also to appear to be clean and fair, as democracy is the union of the content and form, the protests were completely justified and could not be stayed.

The assault of the American people on the Capitol, was a sign that democratic ideals are still alive and that corrupt politicians and their slavish supporters do not have total control. Violence, like in the rest of the world, is the last, but necessary, resort to get rid of tyranny and treacherous oligarchies and it is one of the most important rights and obligations for mankind. Even if in an articulated and naïve way, America has shown the way once again.

Foreign military intervention in Kazakhstan has the same nature and objectives than that in Syria, that is, a 'firefighting' operation that looks to break and stop the spread of legitimate protests against illegitimately corrupt and despotic regimes born of the plunder and deliberate destruction of the USSR and its riches. The dangers faced by the oligarchies of the ex-Soviet banana Republics, if the revolutionary example was to prosper, are quite obvious and only military intervention and repression could save the day for those in power.

It would be a grave illusion, however, to think that the old colonies of the Tsarist Empire are not historical nationalities or even successful 'states' that could be recreated with proper management and reasonable democratic rule. Thus, the foreign powers that venture into an easy victory against unarmed populations, could be walking into an 'Afghan' trap that can be easily exploited by other international actors.

The conflicts in Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia and others, could easily bring down any power, as the extreme disparity of development in the different Soviet Republics did contribute to the collapse of the USSR. The weakness of the strategic situation, made even worse by popular and widespread support for change, cannot pass unnoticed by the world powers that can sense a generalised collapse of unpopular regimes. Manu militari intervention will not solve the deep causes of the problem.

The article, with some exaggerated claims and inaccuracies, reveals, as a matter of fact, the deep dependency of China on the West and the good will of the Western elites and, above, the silence and suppression of the Western working class.

Launchpads, hubs and crossroads, warehouses and ports, are just positions to isolate and dominate, through unfair competition and the commercial advantages produced by it, Western markets and nations. This strategy, at the moment quite successful in competing with Western colonial powers, has generated a lot of friction with many native populations in Africa and other areas, as Chinese investment and companies, are quite autonomous and difficult to integrate, rely on their workforces, create influential Chinese colonies and commerce in direct competition with the natives.

If Chinese competition should be welcomed as a way to 'discipline' Western exploiters in Third World countries, it should not be forgotten that China can operate, without serious competition, because the West is dominated by elites that willingly submit to Chinese policies, against the working populations of the West and the undemocratic manipulation of laws and regulations that, otherwise, would not have given China a chance. China depends on the West not fighting back, that is, essentially, on the treason of the Western elites.

The Kazakh oligarchic authorities have, essentially and as expected, declared a Jihad against the people and forcing the opposition to adopt other ways of resistance. The oligarchs think that by adopting more violent repressive measures, by generating enough intimidating violence, they will dominate the will of the people and prevent the recreation of more protests through deadly threats.

It is obvious that unarmed populations cannot face professional military and police forces on equal terms and that the brutal strategy will work for some time. The question, as usual, is if it will work for long enough to save the regime and if it will not create new avenues of resistance, more determined, militant and violent. The Syrian option looms in the horizon.

Melenchon, an irrelevant, woke, figure unlikely to go anywhere, has not thought very well about the situation. A new Franco-Russian Alliance is, certainly, not unthinkable, indeed, Mr Bolton has recently suggested a kind of 'alliance' of Russia with the West to contain China, however, the difficulties seem unsurmountable.

A France outside NATO will be out of step with Germany (unless, of course, also Germany leaves NATO) and, therefore, leave France isolated in the West and surrounded by potential enemies, with its potential ally, Russia, receding in the horizon. France is too dependent on Germany already and it is not likely that she could leave the partnership without breaking the EU too and 'liberating' a new Imperial Germany in the process. Also, France is already in hostile competition with the 'Wagner' group and China in Africa and in the process of being expelled from its former colonies. A New Franco-Russian Alliance will only recreate the situation before WWI with weaker partners. Not a good prospect for France.

This article is too superficial and full of pious wishes that have nothing to do with reality. China should be congratulated for trying hard to develop and progress, although the costs (pollution, exploitation, unemployment, migration, speculation, etc...), are enormous. However, another thing is to think that the PRC is a 'free market' or, even more, that 'free market' exists instead of 'fake market'.

Anyone that knows anything about China will know that 'free market' is not reciprocated and is a strategy of unfair competition invited by the elites of other nations. The reaction of America, forced by the election of a Trump, elected by the discontent of the American workers, the ones that pay all that 'free markets', is quite understandable but has not shown all its potential yet. A true reaction of America and the West, could sink all fake markets in the planet, especially those of such an heterogenous nature as the RCEP. China still lacks a true, autonomous and solid, economic power.

The real danger for Moscow is that of plunging, like in the Tsarist past, into a reactionary policy that seeks to eliminate any popular protest and revolution against oligarchs and injustice. If nationalism is accepted in other parts, including Russia, there is no real reason to suppress nationalism in Kazakhstan or other areas. Indeed, military intervention will draw anger and blame towards the Russian minorities in Kazakhstan and other republics making their situation less stable and exposed to a change of regime.

Russia has already committed many mistakes by supporting unpopular regimes in Syria and other places. Driving reactionary politics even further will create insurmountable problems with the peoples of areas in social turmoil. Strategically, Russia is opening too many fronts that is unlikely to control and will set an example and precedent for the intervention of others, as different actors could ask China (as in the Solomon Islands), India, NATO or the USA to intervene. Police intervention is a double edge sword not worth using to save a bunch of oligarchs.

Oligarchic corruption, plunder, ineptitude and brutal repression in the former Soviet Banana Republics, have opened the 'Islamic Southern Front' in Central Asia. Turkey must be salivating at this wonderful opportunity to expand, connect with its original lands and recreate a New Ottoman Empire. China could see another opportunity to settle some territorial issues too, and if she is invited to join the repression of popular discontent, she could remain there for good. Although with the opposition of the populations it will be suicidal. Rusha, once again driven by oligarchic and reactionary politics, is walking into a trap and turning away from Ukraine. The rot has set in...

What seems to be a revolution in Kazakhstan against oligarchic rule, could turn now into a resistance war against foreign occupation and repression. A New Tsarist Empire, though, does not seem the best option to avoid a general collapse of Rusha and its sphere of influence.

The 'elimination' of popular movements cannot last long with areas with porous borders and populations with access to the wider world, not to mention if a coordinated and forceful help from the West or Turkey and other Islamic powers is organised.

There is no doubt that, as usually happens in history, the elites will try to destroy and eliminate, in one way or another, all opposition. Repression is always the first instinct of the exploiters but, this time, it might not work in a landscape of generalised civil war East, West and South. It is doubtful that a New Tsarist Empire could avoid the spread of revolution. The past is back.
